Retail Store Manager
The Role
The Retail Store Manager is a hands-on, client-facing leader responsible for all aspects of store operations, team performance, and customer experience. You will oversee daily operations, coach and develop team members, and ensure the store runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. This role requires being a visible, positive presence on the sales floor, assisting staff and customers, and ensuring bins are stocked, staged, and maintained to company standards. You will manage schedules, approve timesheets, handle payroll submissions, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure timely completion of reports and marketing initiatives. The Retail Store Manager fosters a culture of accountability and teamwork, maintains store safety and cleanliness, addresses maintenance needs proactively, and adapts quickly to changing conditions while clearly communicating with the team.
Who You Are
- Proven experience in retail management or multi-unit leadership
- Strong operational, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfortable managing schedules, labor budgets, and payroll
- Proficient with scheduling systems, reporting tools, and basic computer applications
- Energetic, ethical, and accountable demeanor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Willingness to work required hours, including weekends
