Retail Store Manager

Role: Store Manager responsible for leading store operations, supervising associates, assisting customers, and driving sales. Responsibilities: Manage daily business activities to maximize sales and profitability, delegate store tasks, train and develop staff, ensure a positive shopping experience, safeguard assets, build community relationships, and ensure compliance with laws and policies. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, strong focus on results, excellent communication, retail management experience preferred, physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs., and handle various physical activities.
