Retail Store Manager

About the role

As the Retail Store Manager, you will run day-to-day sales and operations while maintaining excellent customer service standards. This position is eligible to participate in the Music & Arts Company bonus program based on Company performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales team by coaching, counseling, providing advice, support, and motivation to help meet sales objectives.
• Stay current on financial data, inventory, and other key statistics.
• Ensure all products in the store are available for purchase and displayed appropriately.
• Oversee and manage payroll, recruiting, hiring, and training of store employees.
• Execute operational tasks related to institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts.
• Promote the Music & Arts lesson program and assist teachers.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (minimum).
• 2 years of relevant work experience (minimum).
• 3–5 years of retail experience (preferred).
• Musical experience and interest (preferred).

Pay

$19.00 – $21.00 per hour plus bonus, depending on location, background, and experience.
