About the role

As a full-time retail store manager at maurices, you’ll lead a team of talented associates to create an unforgettable experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. This role builds and supervises a high-performance team of 8-20, including 3-4 members of management.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and direct a team focused on customer obsession and driving and achieving goals (sales, loyalty, talent)
• Lead talent selection, associate development, onboarding, training, and retention
• Manage the omni-channel business through visual presentation, sound operational practices, and store expenses
• Connect with the community to increase awareness
• Drive new ideas, share information with others, and create solutions

Requirements

• Previous management experience, required
• Specialty retail store management experience, preferred
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere
• Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results
• Computer proficiency
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours
