Responsibilities
- Customer Focused: Create a customer-centric environment through a “customer is our boss” mentality. Teach and uphold WOW Service Principles to build strong guest connections with the goal of making a difference in every customer’s day.
- Drive Results: Maximize overall store productivity and build guest loyalty through WOW experiences. Develop, manage, and own your store’s business plan with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Build Networks: Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team. Increase brand awareness by building strong relationships with guests and organizations to further business growth and philanthropic goals. Acquire new customers through traffic-driving efforts.
- Develop Talent: Advocate for your team’s growth and development through coaching, teaching, and inspiring. Focus on building skills and capabilities to increase internal opportunities, retention, and organizational advancement.
- Instill Trust: Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and authenticity in decision-making. Ensure audit and shrink results meet Asset Protection Standards and follow Kendra Scott policies and procedures.
- Communicate Effectively: Articulate clear and compelling messages, provide consistent feedback, and actively listen to encourage open expression of diverse opinions and ideas.
- Nimble: Thrive in various areas of the business by applying past learnings to new situations. Be curious, flexible, and willing to try new things.

Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18
- Ability to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, squat, twist, and reach
- Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 6 hours per shift
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Passion for Kendra Scott and the brand’s values: Family, Fashion, and Philanthropy
- Previous experience leading functional teams in a retail management role
- Strong multi-tasking skills with attention to detail; excellent priority-setting and time management
- Experience leading and developing teams with a focus on career impact
- Excellent communication and conflict management skills
- Business acumen and ability to analyze reporting to drive sales
- Flexible availability aligned with guest shopping patterns
- Strong connections with local media, non-profit organizations, and key partners to drive traffic and brand awareness
- Willingness to relocate long-term for career growth opportunities is strongly preferred
