About the role
The BRUNT team is dedicated to improving workwear standards and creating a community for tradespeople. The flagship store is a home base for tradespeople, offering gear and fostering connections.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day leadership and performance of the flagship store
- Create a positive, collaborative environment
- Coach, train, and develop a high-performing retail team
- Manage staffing, shrink, and expenses to support overall profitability
- Engage with the local community through events and outreach
- Plan and execute visual directives accurately and on time
- Ensure compliance with shipment, transfer, and restock processes
- Uphold all loss-prevention and safety procedures
- Communicate priorities clearly to balance operations, visuals, and service needs
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail management experience
- Background in staffing, coaching, training, and developing teams
- Proven ability to drive sales, deliver financial results, and hire strong talent
- Exceptional leadership, customer service, and selling skills
- Strong organization, communication, and collaboration abilities
- Solid merchant instincts and a proactive, results-driven work style
- High integrity, honesty, and professionalism
- Proficient with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Must be 18+ and able to reliably commute to the work location
- Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to travel nationally up to 20%
- On-site role in a retail store environment
- Able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Able to lift 30–40 lbs. regularly, with or without reasonable accommodation

The anticipated salary range for this role is: Compensation $70,000 - $95,000 USD
