Retail Store Manager

About the role

In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store. From merchandising and product launches to meeting and exceeding sales objectives, you’ll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed. We offer best-in-class paid training to set you up for leadership success.

• Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and product launches

• Conduct outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events
• Coach a team of retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals
• Collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls

Requirements

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems

Pay

Our Retail Store Manager-2 Regular jobs earn between $55,000.00 - $82,600.00 plus commission (up to $24,000 annually). Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
