Fabletics is seeking Part-Time Store Associates for its Fabletics location at Dolphin Mall in Miami, FL. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver a best-in-class retail shopping experience, empowering customers to seamlessly connect their online and in-store journeys.

Responsibilities

• Empower customers to connect their online and in-store shopping experiences through innovative technology.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on Fabletics products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure an easy shopping experience and added value to purchases.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain personal sales performance.
• Maintain safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work effectively with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, able to multi-task, set priorities, and work under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work onsite and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
