Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Waterford Lakes Town Center - Orlando, FL)

About the role

Fabletics Retail is seeking a Part-Time Retail Store Associate for their new store at Waterford Lakes Town Center - Orlando, FL. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Empower customers to seamlessly connect their online and in-store shopping journeys through innovative technology.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure an easy shopping experience and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain personal sales performance.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required, weighing up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work effectively with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, able to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work onsite and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
