Retail Stock Associate

Starting salary: $14–$16 per hour, depending on experience.

About the role

Rooms To Go is hiring a Retail Stock Associate to work in the offices of our beautiful retail stores. This fast-paced, multi-faceted position involves packaging, wrapping, and loading furniture purchases for customers; arranging furniture within the showroom at the direction of designers and managers; and maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of our showrooms.

Founded in 1991, Rooms To Go is one of the largest and fastest-growing furniture retailers in the US, with approximately 200 stores in ten southern states. As we continue to expand, opportunities are available for team members to grow their careers into positions as managers and salespeople.

Responsibilities

• Lift, load, unload, and/or assemble furniture
• Package, wrap, and load customer purchases
• Arrange showroom furniture as directed by designers and managers
• Maintain showroom appearance and cleanliness

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a repetitive daily basis
• Flexible retail schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior furniture and/or janitorial experience is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
