Responsibilities

• Teach work ethic and quality to all customers seeking training or job placement assistance.
• Greet and assist customers in selecting merchandise.
• Operate store cash register according to company policies.
• Maintain good customer relations.
• Rotate merchandise as directed.
• Record rotation numbers accurately.
• Assist in displaying and presenting merchandise.
• Pre-sort donations into appropriate work stations.
• Evaluate merchandise quality and prepare it for sale.
• Assist truck drivers with loading and unloading trailers.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodations.
• Able to work flexible, rotating schedules including evenings and weekends.
• Able to embrace and adhere to the SOAR Values: Service, Ownership, Accountability, and Respect.
