Retail Sr. Store Associate - COPY & PRINT DEPARTMENT

About the role

The Retail Sr. Store Associate-Part Time plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering a vibrant sales culture. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, product knowledge, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supports a positive customer-centric experience by proactively engaging every customer and promoting the sale of the best solution as well as additional products and/or services.
• Maintains awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, and sales and loyalty programs.
• Consistently maintains store and print department appearance to company guidelines and keeps a neat, clean, well-stocked environment.
• Adheres to all standards related to signage labeling and merchandise presentation.
• Fulfills inventory lows and outs daily.
• Works to continually develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through sales and service tools provided, including successful completion and comprehension of an advanced level of Print and Technology training.
• Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; and supports the company’s loss prevention efforts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• No previous experience required, but Retail sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and G-Mail.
• Ability to use computers and technology for information and to access information necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to process information/merchandise through POS register system.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, necessary to establish a selling relationship with customers and other employees.
• Enjoy interacting with people.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Experience: No previous experience required, but Retail sales experience preferred.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule

The salary range for this role is $16.00 to $19.07, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed. The company offers a benefits package, including a 401(k).
