Pay

Competitive pay with a hiring hourly range of $25.00 - $38.00 (rate determined by education, experience, and skills).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate accountability and integrity by ensuring all installations and repairs are completed safely and effectively.
• Focus on critical tasks by managing service calls efficiently and maintaining accurate records of work performed.
• Collaborate with customers and team members to address issues promptly and provide training on equipment use.
• Pursue continuous improvement by staying updated with training and certifications, and applying feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Maintain an accurate parts inventory to support first-time fixes and efficient operations.
• Report to management regularly on customer satisfaction and any service or sales opportunities identified during visits.

Requirements

• Possession of an EL 06 License.
• Proficiency in electronics and networking fundamentals.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic PC skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Physical ability to carry and move equipment up to 70 lbs and work in challenging positions such as climbing ladders or working within ducts.

Skills

• Networking certification (preferred).
• Extensive experience in installing or servicing IP cameras and DVR/NVR systems (preferred).
• Adaptability to industry changes and a strong work ethic (preferred).
