Primary Purpose
Support the Retail Operations team as it relates to store labor and staffing, reporting, store supply procurement and other ad-hoc workstreams.
- Own various weekly reports for stores, field leaders and corporate partners around payroll and labor usage.
- Weekly Field Payroll Reports
- Weekly MTD recap for NA Corporate Teams
- Weekly recaps on Payroll Testing initiatives
- Use findings from reporting to craft and implement strategic decisions related to labor modeling and staffing decisions.
- Maintain a tracking tool for store labor planning.
- Create ad-hoc reports as needed, tailoring format and content based on audience.
- Manage monthly bonus program payouts and reporting.
- Create and maintain policy and procedure documents for stores and field leaders.
- Serve as primary point of contact between store teams and supply vendors – facilitating escalations and troubleshooting to ensure timely resolutions.
- Manage PO creation and invoice processing for all store supply categories, and other areas of the business as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross functionally.
- Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
- Strong understanding of all windows based office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Must be highly proficient in Excel with a strong understanding of all windows-based office programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment with a focus on Retail Operations, Retail Payroll, Scheduling and Labor Modeling.
- An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
