Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a retail setting. Managing inventory, assisting customers with product selection, and handling returns.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Assist customers with product selection and provide recommendations
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of retail operations and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications
