Retail Security Site Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Security Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at client sites. This position ensures all post orders are followed, completes established rounds, and files required reports. The supervisor also coaches and disciplines personnel as needed, trains new employees, and meets with clients to ensure security requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and Lead Officers
• Ensure all post orders are followed and established rounds are completed
• File and submit required reports
• Inspect posts as scheduled and meet with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities
• Meet with client representatives as scheduled or as needed
• Perform access control duties and asset protection
• May perform duties of a Security Officer as per post orders and company policy

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Above average computer and technology skills
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Great attention to detail and vigilant throughout shift
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment
• Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
• 2 years of supervisor experience in a customer service role or previous security experience
• A flexible schedule that includes 1st and 2nd shifts, weekends, and the ability to adjust schedule as needed
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment independently

Schedule
