$21.50/hour (Depending on Experience)
Job Duties
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Patrol the interior and exterior of the property and several buildings to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions
- Report alarms or request police, paramedics or fire departments in case of emergency
- Warn violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking or carrying forbidden articles
- Complete parking patrols and issue violations, as deemed necessary
- Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
- Deter criminal activity and misconduct
- Maintain awareness and familiarity with the site-specific operations and post orders
- Lock and unlock areas according to the site’s opening and closing procedures
Job Requirements
- AZ Unarmed Guard Card (must have, or must be willing to obtain one)
- 18 years of age or older
- 21 years of age or older to drive company vehicle
- Driver's License
- High school degree or equivalent
- Security experience preferred but not required
- Ability to multitask and deal with competing priorities
- Professional demeanor and appearance
