Retail Seasonal Part Time Sales Associate, Savage X Fenty (Fashion Centre at Pentagon City - Arlington, VA)

About the role

This seasonal part-time position supports daily store operations and delivers an exceptional customer experience in Savage X Fenty’s first IRL locations. The role runs for 3-4 months with potential to extend. You’ll help create a fearless, confident, and inclusive environment for customers while building a forward-thinking retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the service experience by embodying brand values and creating a welcoming culture for a diverse customer base.
• Engage guests and VIP members with a focus on body positivity, product knowledge, and authenticity.
• Stay informed on the XTRA VIP Membership model, promotions, and benefits.
• Collaborate with store leaders and the sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards to support a streamlined customer journey.
• Provide feedback to leadership to improve customer and team experiences.
• Support inventory controls, including receiving/transferring product, participating in inventory counts, and organizing the back of house (boxes may weigh 10-30 lbs).
• Actively improve day-to-day customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and common areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business or operational needs.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role; experience in lingerie and intimates is a plus.
• Flexible and reliable schedule; availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Positive and growth-oriented mindset when facing ambiguity and challenges.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy or comfortable using technology as part of daily responsibilities.
• Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks and solutions.
• Ability to work in a team-selling environment.
• Physical ability to constantly move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay

Hourly salary between $15.00 - $15.15, depending on experience.
