Part Time Retail Store Associate, Savage X Fenty (Pentagon City - Arlington, VA)

About the role

As a Part-Time Store Associate at Savage Retail, you will report directly to the Store Manager and play a vital role in supporting daily store operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help create a fearless, confident, and inclusive environment for Savage X Fenty customers by forming genuine connections and engaging with a diverse array of customers and teammates. This role is integral in building a forward-thinking and innovative retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the service experience by embodying our values and brand ethos, fostering a welcoming culture for a diverse customer base.
• Actively engage guests and VIP members with a focus on body positivity, product knowledge, and authenticity.
• Stay informed about the XTRA VIP Membership model, promotions, and benefits.
• Collaborate with Store Leaders and the Sales Team to achieve store performance targets.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards to support a streamlined customer journey.
• Provide feedback to the store leadership team to continuously improve customer and team experiences.
• Support inventory controls by accurately receiving/transferring product, participating in inventory counts, and maintaining an organized back of house (boxes may weigh 10-30 lbs).
• Actively improve day-to-day customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and common areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business or operational needs.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role; experience with lingerie and intimates is a plus.
• Flexible and reliable schedule; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Approach ambiguity and challenges with positivity and a growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy or strong comfort with technology as part of daily responsibilities.
• Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks and solutions.
• Ability to work in a team-selling environment.
• Physical ability to constantly move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay

Hourly salary between $15.00 - $15.15, depending on experience.
