Retail Scan Associate (MILWAUKEE WI 53214)

Schedule

Permanent part‑time role. Base hours average 4–10 hours per week per store, varying with store size and workload. Additional 1–2 hours per week per store may be assigned for special projects, especially January through June. Full scheduling details are discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Visit a designated selection of stores each week to scan all product barcodes on displays, aisle locations, and end caps.
• Use a downloadable mobile app to scan barcodes and record the quantity for roughly 45 % of the products scanned.
• Complete display scanning for the entire store on a weekly basis, a task that can take several hours.
• Perform “Custom Projects” that provide additional product details, adding 30 minutes to 2 hours of work per store in many weeks.
• Report to each store within the specified deadline and adhere to weekly deadlines for data delivery.
• Maintain high data quality and accuracy while working independently.
• Engage in continuous physical activity throughout the shift, including standing, walking, lifting, reaching, bending, and repetitive hand/arm movements.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto‑insurance coverage.
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods, lift up to 25 lb, reach 6 ft, and bend/stoop/stand.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements with hands, wrists, arms, and legs for prolonged periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline‑driven self‑starter.
• Access to reliable Wi‑Fi and comfort using technology.
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
