Retail Scan Associate (Fort Mitchell, KY 41017)

About the role

The role is a permanent part-time position with base hours averaging from 6-10 hours per week across all stores, with additional hours assigned for special projects from January through June. Full scheduling details will be reviewed during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-store data collections at assigned local retailers every week for 52 weeks a year, including holiday weeks.
• Work with major brand retailers like Walmart, Kroger, Target, Albertsons, and others.
• Use a downloadable app on a mobile phone to scan barcodes in numerous locations throughout each store.
• Provide the quantity of about 45% of the products you scan.
• Complete Display Scanning on the entire store, which can take several hours to finish.
• Occasionally perform Custom Projects, adding 1 to 2 hours of work for each store.
• Adhere to weekly deadlines to ensure accurate data delivery to clients.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum state auto insurance coverage.
• Ability to endure long periods on your feet and access products throughout the store.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, reach 6 feet in the air, and perform repetitive movements.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Deadline-driven self-starter.
• Access to reliable Wi-Fi.
• Tech-savvy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
