Retail Salesperson

About the role

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) operates more than 2,200 company-owned stores across North America, including Firestone Complete Auto Care, Tires Plus and Wheel Works locations, with more than $4.5 billion in tire and auto service sales. The Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales-focused role crucial to the team’s success, providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, building strong customer relationships, promoting products and services, and ensuring seamless transaction procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a motivated sales individual
• Build customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Merchandise, advertise and promote products and services
• Provide energetic responsiveness to every customer, both on the phone and in the store
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience
• Ability to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty
• Problem-solving skills as they relate to customer complaints
• Valid automobile driver’s license at all times and ability to drive customer and company vehicles

Pay Range: $14.40 – $21.51
