Job Responsibilities
- Perform all Sales Associate and General Utility Worker duties
- Hold pre-shift meetings to ensure team awareness of tasks
- Be the Difference & Safety of the day and any other miscellaneous information
- Ensure all guests are greeted when they walk into the store
- Train Sales Associates and General Utility Workers
- Ensure everything operates smoothly in the manager's absence
- Handle customer relations issues effectively
- Respond directly to all customer complaints
- Keep an inventory of stock
- Order merchandise and other items
- Complete monthly safety inspections and file incident and injury reports
- Collect and compile daily cash and sales data
- Lead all aspects of nightly close out
- Balance cash with daily sales at the end of the shift
- Perform nightly audit of cashier documentation
- Auxiliary in scheduling employees
- Auxiliary in hiring General Utility Workers and Sales Associates
- Coordinate, correct, supervise and submit payroll
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Maintain mathematical skills for facilitating sales reports and audits
- Must be of legal age to work with alcohol
- Must provide proof of responsible alcohol training and certification program
- Must be flexible, willing to work a rotational schedule with rotational days off
- Must be fluent in the native language, both spoken and written
- Must be computer literate in MS Office programs
- Must be able to operate equipment such as Photocopier, Vacuum Cleaner, Calculator, Printer, Telephone, Computer, Point of Sale (POS) System
- Must be well groomed and maintain a high level of professionalism
About the Role
Retail Sales Lead Workers coordinate store operations, supporting and training the utility workers and cashiers. They serve as an example for the Retail Workers and General Utility Workers, delivering outstanding customer service and resolving guest situations.
AM/PM Shifts Available: AM SHIFT: 3 AM - 11:30 AM (3 days) & 2 AM - 10:30 AM (2 days) PM SHIFT: 10 AM - 6:30 PM or 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM $21+/hour & GREAT BENEFITS!
Must be comfortable working in a correctional environment. Background check and CPSA exam required.
