Position: Sales Supervisor (Full‑time / Part‑time)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Create fitting‑room experiences, including wardrobe styling and personalized service.
• Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all shoppers.
• Coach staff on selling and service initiatives, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Utilize product knowledge, sampling, and resources to educate customers and guide product selections.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of prior selling or service experience.
• Passion for customer service.
• Friendly and outgoing communication skills.
• Fashion‑savvy mindset.
• Social‑media following (preferred).
• Flexibility with scheduling.
• Confidence.

Pay

Competitive base hourly pay plus bonus structure. NYC compensation range: $23.50 – $27 USD per hour.
