About the role

As a Sales Supervisor at Sandro and Maje at Bloomingdales in Santa Clara, CA, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, fostering a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train the sales team, modeling the behaviors needed to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized service to customers.
• Create and maintain fitting room experiences involving wardrobing and styling clients from head to toe.
• Coach and direct staff around selling and service initiatives, including the creation of customer loyalty programs and developing repeat clients.
• Model and reinforce SMCP's branded customer experience and hands-on selling techniques, using product information, sampling, and other resources to educate customers.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of prior selling/service experience.
• Passion for customer service.
• Friendly and outgoing communication skills.
• Fashion savvy.
• Preferred: Social media following.
• Flexibility with scheduling.
• Confidence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or a related field preferred.

Pay

Competitive base hourly pay plus individual commission structure, with a California compensation range of $21 - $25 USD.
