About the role

Holt CAT is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative for its Cat Compact department based in Waco. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and qualify leads to meet or exceed sales goals
• Manage customer accounts and provide solutions to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to support customer needs
• Submit sales reports and documentation in a timely manner
• Create and maintain accurate customer account information
• Manage difficult customer situations and respond to customer needs promptly
• Perform ongoing personal development to achieve company goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with some college coursework
• Three to five years of relevant work experience
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Frequent local travel for training purposes

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applicable products and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage difficult customer situations
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
