Retail Sales Representative

About the role

In this role you will provide in‑store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain in‑store displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation to keep inventory fresh.
• Track inventory levels and report findings to maximize sales opportunities.
• Use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Prior sales and/or account‑management experience.
• Ability to perform physical work: moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Willingness to independently travel within an assigned territory.
