About the role

Road Runner Sports is seeking Fit Experts and Sales Leads to join our dynamic team. Fit Experts earn $21.00 per hour (base of $17.00 plus a bonus of $4.00+ per hour), while Sales Leads earn $22.00 per hour (base of $18.00 plus a bonus of $4.00+ per hour).

Responsibilities

• Help customers find their Perfect Fit
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Consistently hit sales goals

• Perform tasks such as merchandising and maintaining an immaculate workplace

Requirements

• Fit Experts: Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales. Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred.
• Sales Leads: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university and 1 year of related experience preferred, or equivalent combination of the education and experience. Minimum of 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture is preferred. Seasoned salesperson (10+ years exp) preferred.

Pay

• Fit Experts: USD $17.00/Hr.
• Sales Leads: USD $24.00/Hr.

Schedule

• Flexible schedule availability (Will include a combination of days, evenings, holidays, and must be available on weekends)
