About the role

Road Runner Sports is seeking Fit Experts and Sales Leads to join our dynamic team. Fit Experts earn $20.50 per hour (base of $16.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour), while Sales Leads earn $21.50 per hour (base of $17.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour).

Responsibilities

• Help customers find their Perfect Fit
• Maintain a positive attitude and inspire others
• Work flexible hours including weekends
• Drive in-store sales and contribute to team success

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
• Seasoned salesperson experience preferred
• Flexible schedule availability

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail environment preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends

Pay

• Fit Expert: USD $16.50/Hr.
• Sales Lead: USD $22.50/Hr.
