About the role

Road Runner Sports is seeking Fit Experts and Sales Leads to join our dynamic team. Fit Experts earn $20.50/hour (base of $16.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour), while Sales Leads earn $21.50/hour (base of $17.50 plus bonus of $4.00+ per hour).

Responsibilities

• Help customers find their Perfect Fit
• Work in a fun, lively, and energetic atmosphere
• Lead by example and inspire others to be their best
• Drive in-store sales
• Maintain an immaculate workplace

Requirements

• Reliable schedule availability (including weekends)
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
• Seasoned salesperson experience preferred

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience in a fast-paced specialty retail selling culture preferred
• Excellent customer experience behaviors, a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and sound decision-making skills
• Effective interpersonal communication skills in both verbal and written formats
