Retail Sales - Men's Apparel - Fashion Mall at Keystone

Sales associates at Nordstrom blend fashion passion with digital and in-store selling to build lasting customer relationships and grow their personal following.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital channels using tools such as text messaging and social media
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service tailored to individual preferences
• Provide honest, confident feedback on style and fit to enhance the customer experience
• Develop fashion and product expertise to offer informed recommendations
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a customer-ready department, including order fulfillment, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Grow the Nordstrom Rewards program by opening new customer accounts
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Handling bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching above the head
• Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds

Pay

Hourly base pay: $13.10. Commission varies by department: 3%–14.5% for apparel, shoes, and accessories; 3% for beauty and men’s fragrance. Performance-based bonuses may also apply.
