Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics (Short Pump - Richmond, VA)

About the role

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for their new location at Short Pump Town Center in Richmond, VA. The role involves leading the sales team, enhancing the customer experience, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on Fabletics products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed performance goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and ensure the shopping experience is seamless.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge and help customers and team members.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain personal sales performance.
• Maintain safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices like Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High comfort level dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work onsite and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
