About the role
Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for its store at Tysons Corner Center in Tysons, VA. This position reports to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Embody Fabletics' culture and values, providing insights to customers on how to live their passion.
- Engage customers actively in new and meaningful ways by offering knowledge about the brand's products.
- Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
- Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
- Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure a smooth shopping experience and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
- Participate actively to provide and gather feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
- Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
- Achieve sales goals and maintain personal sales performance.
- Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
- Unpack boxes for inventory as required, weighing up to 30 lbs.
Requirements
- 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
- Prior retail management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
- Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
- Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High comfort level dealing with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
- Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
- Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
- Flexibility in work hours, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to work onsite and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
