Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Tysons Corner Center - Tysons, VA)

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for their store at Tysons Corner Center in Tysons, VA. This role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience, leveraging technology, and collaborating with a team to support sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on Fabletics products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure an easy shopping experience.
• Participate in providing and receiving feedback to improve the business.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge and serve as a sales representative.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners in various settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, effective communicator, and ability to motivate others.
• Flexibility in work hours, willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Willingness to work onsite and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
