Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Boise Towne Square - Boise, ID)

About the role

Fabletics is seeking a Retail Part-Time Sales Lead for the Boise Towne Square location in Boise, ID. This role involves leading the customer experience, driving engagement, and achieving performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways through knowledge of product features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Participate actively to provide feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain a personal sales record.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills.
• High comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
• The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
