Retail Full-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Glendale Galleria - Glendale, CA)

The Retail Full-Time Sales Lead position at Fabletics, located at Glendale Galleria in Glendale, CA, is seeking a self-starter with high energy who loves engaging with new people. This role reports to the Store Manager and involves leading the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, support operations, and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics' culture and values, providing insights to customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by offering knowledge about Fabletics products, including fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the shopping experience easy and valuable.
• Participate actively to provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain personal sales performance.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required, weighing up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High comfort level dealing with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work onsite and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
