Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics (Downtown Summerlin - Las Vegas , NV)

About the role

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for their retail store at Downtown Summerlin in Las Vegas, NV. This role reports to the Store Manager and involves leading the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics' culture and values, providing insights to customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by offering knowledge about the brand's products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Participate actively to provide feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain personal sales performance.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills.
• High comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, effective communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
• The ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
