About the role

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for their upcoming store at Fashion Show in Las Vegas, NV. This role involves leading a seamless shopping experience, engaging customers, and driving performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on Fabletics products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed performance goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and provide feedback to improve the shopping experience.
• Multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
• Provide general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain personal sales performance.
• Maintain safety and security standards, and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Great interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
