Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Fashion Show - Las Vegas, NV)

Fabletics is opening a new location at Fashion Show in Las Vegas and is looking for driven Part-Time Store Associates to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. You’ll empower customers to connect their online and in-store shopping journeys using innovative technology while collaborating with an energetic team.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and valuable for customers.
• Provide and act on feedback to continuously improve store operations and business performance.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Experience working with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
