Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Las Vegas North Premium Outlets - Las Vegas, NV)

About the role

As a Store Associate, you’ll collaborate with an energetic Store Manager, supportive leaders, and a dynamic team to help customers live their passion. This role reports to the Store Manager and involves engaging with customers, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing insight to customers on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Actively engage customers in-store and through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to ensure an easy and valuable shopping journey.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Maintain safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
• Must be 18 years or older.
