Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Northpark Center - Dallas, TX)

Join our team as a Part-Time Retail Store Associate at our Fabletics store in Northpark Center, Dallas, TX. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering a best-in-class retail experience, empowering customers to seamlessly connect their online and in-store shopping journeys through innovative technology. Collaborate with an energetic Store Manager, supportive leaders, and a dynamic team to help customers live their passion.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values while providing insight to customers on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways, both in-store and through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment that adds value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and act on feedback to continuously improve store operations and business performance.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales goals and contribute to overall store success.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and set priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing, with the ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
