Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics (Kenwood Towne Centre - Cincinnati, OH)

About the role

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for their retail store at Kenwood Towne Centre in Cincinnati, OH. The position reports to the Store Manager and plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics' culture and values, providing insights to customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers actively in new and meaningful ways by offering knowledge about the brand's products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the shopping experience easy and valuable.
• Participate actively to provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain a 70% employee discount on Fabletics brands.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills.
• High comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
• The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work onsite and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
