Retail Sales Lead

Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time Sales Lead to support our expansion in the United States. This individual will oversee store operations, ensure a positive customer and employee experience, and drive sales performance.

What You Will Achieve

• Supervise the sales floor and motivate team members
• Lead store operations when Store Manager or Assistant Manager is not present
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment
• Support company on marketing events and RoboShop business
• Improve sales performance and meet key performance indicators
• Execute visual merchandising and inventory management tasks
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Retail industry knowledge and experience
• Confidence in customer engagement
• Over 1 year of store retail experience, preferably as a supervisor or leader
• High ethical standards and integrity
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma
• Age 18 or older
