Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Generation
- Build strong personalized customer engagement through consistent follow through and relationship building
- Provide customized virtual and in-person styling services within Cuyana customer segmentations
- Maintain and build a book of client business through various outreach methods
- Provide a premier customer experience at all times
- Reach and exceed individual and store sales targets and KPIs
- Expert on product and brand knowledge
- Proactive in outreach to customers regarding new product launches and brand information
- Operations
- Complete all store transactions - purchases, returns, exchanges
- Process and receive stock transfers
- Organize, maintain, and clean the store and stockroom
- Mercandise the sales floor with direction from manager and product team
- Open and close store and follow all processes and procedures when Store Manager is not on duty
- Give back as part of the Cuyana Community (help teammates during peak season, support retail events, volunteer + community events)
- 2+ yrs retail experience, 6+ mos leadership exp in a sales driven environment; Apparel / accessories contemporary brand exp a must; clienteling a plus
