Key Duties

  • Opening and closing the store
  • Merchandising
  • Store cleanliness and basic maintenance
  • Maintaining a high level of person sales, setting the pace on the sales floor
  • Assisting Manager with staff training and supervision when necessary
  • Inventory management
  • Processing and reporting sales transactions
  • Aid the manager with employee training and development
  • Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently

  • Average of one year of work experience in retail and have experience in cash handling
  • Previous retail sales experience

Pay and Benefits

  • During the initial training period, this position will be paid an hourly rate starting at $22.00.
  • The pay for this position will be reevaluated when sales stabilize and allow for anaysis of the full earning potential for employees at the location.

Hours

  • Open 7 days a week
  • Full-time position, 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Part-time position, below 30 hours with more flexible scheduling.
