Key Duties
- Opening and closing the store
- Merchandising
- Store cleanliness and basic maintenance
- Maintaining a high level of person sales, setting the pace on the sales floor
- Assisting Manager with staff training and supervision when necessary
- Inventory management
- Processing and reporting sales transactions
- Aid the manager with employee training and development
- Respond to internal and external requests courteously and efficiently

- Previous retail sales experience
Pay and Benefits
- During the initial training period, this position will be paid an hourly rate starting at $22.00.
- The pay for this position will be reevaluated when sales stabilize and allow for anaysis of the full earning potential for employees at the location.

Hours
- Open 7 days a week
- Full-time position, 30 to 40 hours per week
- Part-time position, below 30 hours with more flexible scheduling.
