Responsibilities

• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and guiding them to their fitting rooms, then sorting and returning clothing to the floor.
• Motivate and inspire others to adopt initiatives like the Nordstrom Rewards program.
• Keep stockrooms organized and complete all inventory processes, ensuring merchandise is properly checked in and accurately ticketed.
• Work with the team to maintain the sale's floor as "runway ready" through re-merchandising and straightening throughout the day.
• Assist customers with various transactions, providing a seamless and friendly experience.
• Demonstrate expertise in all technologies used in the store environment.
• Defuse customer situations and provide timely and effective resolutions.

Requirements

• Clear, effective communication with strong interpersonal skills.
• Accountability, initiative, and a high level of ownership.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds (Stock Support or Fulfillment Role).
• The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
