About the role

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose the right cell phone plans, accessories, and home services.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with product demonstrations.
• Manage inventory and ensure store cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work history in Retail Sales or similar customer-facing roles.
• Physical capacity to work 40+ hours per week, including standing and walking for extended periods.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Customer service orientation.
• Product knowledge in wireless technology and home services.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems.

Pay

$32,405 - $80,218 annual salary range based on experience and qualifications.
