We are AT&T's Premier Authorized Retailer with 59 locations across Michigan, Wisconsin, New York, New Jersey, and Illinois. Our stores are vibrant environments where thousands of local residents visit to check their services, upgrade their phones, choose packages, buy new phones, accessories, and switch to award-winning Direct TV.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with their service needs and upgrades
• Provide product demonstrations and sales support
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Manage inventory and ensure store cleanliness
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of proven work history in Retail Sales or similar customer-facing roles
• Fluency in both Spanish and English

• Ability to work flexible hours and travel to local events
• Physical capacity to stand and walk for long periods

Pay

Compensation range: $32,405 - $80,218 with unlimited commission potential.
