Bilingual Vietnamese Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week at the posted location (Stockton, CA) with no relocation offered. The role is a Retail Sales Consultant where you will create meaningful connections with customers using personalized sales expertise, guide them through AT&T’s full suite of products and services, and participate in community events, online order fulfillment, and outbound calls. The environment is fast‑paced and requires flexibility and openness to change.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn commission based on performance.
• Leverage AT&T’s full suite of devices and personalized services to help customers.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no sales experience? Training, tools, and coaching are provided.
• Bilingual Vietnamese and English speakers are strongly preferred (additional starting pay may be available for bilingual candidates).
• Ability to work a schedule between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willing to work at least 5 days per week on‑site.

Pay

New Retail Sales Consultants earn between $47,000 and $75,000 annually, including hourly pay and uncapped commission opportunities for top sellers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. The salary range assumes sales goals are met and/or exceeded.
