Bilingual Mandarin Retail Sales Consultant

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in San Francisco, CA (1 Powell St). No relocation is offered. Bilingual candidates (Mandarin and English) may receive additional starting pay.

About the role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you’ll create meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. You’ll guide customers through their options using a consultative sales approach, helping them choose from AT&T’s latest devices and services. Your role will also involve participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Requirements

• Schedule availability between 9 AM–9 PM, including weekends.

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Pay

Retail Sales Consultants earn between $21.7125 - $25.6125 per hour plus $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn up to $62,460 per year. Individual starting salary may vary based on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Eligible hires may receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid in installments: $3,000 after 6 months, $3,000 after 9 months, and $4,000 after 1 year of employment. Bonus eligibility requires remaining in good standing and agreeing to repayment terms if employment ends voluntarily within 12 months. Offer valid for job applications submitted between 7/17/2026 and 07/17/2027.

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Shifts between 9 AM–9 PM, including weekends.
• Monthly seniority-based schedules posted 2 weeks in advance.
